The positive influence of aqua exercise and burdock extract intake on fitness factors and vascular regulation substances in elderly

This study examined the effects of aqua exercise and the consumption of burdock extract on a group of elderly sedentary women. PGIâ‚‚ and TXAâ‚‚ are substances found in animal tissue and are responsible for regulating blood clots and maintaining the physiological state of the circulatory system. The researchers concluded that aqua exercise and the use of burdock extract have a positive effect on maintaining a balance between PGIâ‚‚ and TXAâ‚‚ reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. The researchers concluded that regular aqua exercise and burdock intake were effective at improving the fitness level of these elderly women as related to strength, balance and endurance, and therefore contribute to overall health and disease prevention.
